Payment Terms<\/span><\/p>

Payment for counselling sessions must be made at the time of booking or before the session begins, depending on your chosen method of payment.<\/span><\/p>

Full payment secures your appointment. Sessions cannot go ahead unless payment has been received in advance. Details for payment will be provided upon booking.<\/span><\/p>

If you have any questions about payment methods or need to make alternative arrangements, please get in touch before your scheduled session<\/span>.<\/p>

Cancellations<\/span><\/p>

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours\u2019 notice. This allows the session slot to be offered to someone else.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours\u2019 notice will not be charged.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice will be charged the full session fee.<\/span><\/p>

Missed sessions without notice are also charged at the full rate.<\/span><\/p>

Exceptional Circumstances<\/span><\/p>

I understand that emergencies or unexpected events can occur. If you experience a serious issue (e.g. illness, family emergency), please contact me as soon as possible – I will always do my best to be understanding and flexible where appropriate.<\/span><\/p>

Refunds<\/span><\/p>

Refunds are not issued for missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice.<\/span><\/p>

If you cancel with more than 48 hours\u2019 notice and have paid in advance, you may receive a refund or have the payment applied to a future session \u2014 at the discretion of Sam Parker Counselling.<\/span><\/p>
